Something we have to know about HDD

1. Never Mirror a drive before everything is settled; otherwise if the Master drie dies, slave goes too

2. If we have 2 identical OS CD, one is bootable; antother is not bootable, only bootable CD can format the drive

WLAN Connectivity Problem

Problem:
Disconnection happens uncountable times a day on all workstation except mine

Solution:
1. Firewall setting on Workstation and router
2. Mac Filter
3. IP-Mac mapping
4. IP range limitation
5. WEP key
- The above methods are used to prevent unwanted outsider to build connection

Current IP assign method:
DHCP & IP-Mac Mapping

After turnning off DHCP:
Disconnection still happens
When discconection occurs, clients cannot connect back to Router

遠端桌面設定

0. 進入 Router 的虛擬伺服器(Virtual Server)開啟指定的通訊埠(Port)
1. 在伺服器的我的電腦按右鍵, 並選擇內容
2. 在我的電腦的內容點選 Remote Tab
並開啟 Remote Assistant 及
允許電腦以遙控性質進入伺服器電腦
3. 在任何電腦開啟附屬應用程式=>通訊中的遠端桌面(Remote Desktop)
4. 輸入正確使用者資訊及伺服器位址
　a.如果電腦是用群組(Workgroup)則讓網域(Domain)保持空白
